Description
This compact stoneware mug is thrown and trimmed by hand, then dipped in a layered glaze that moves from soft sea-green into a deep, earthy brown. The transition line between the two colours feels like a shoreline at dusk calm, organic, and never exactly the same from one piece to the next.
Fired high 1250ยฐCย for durability, the mug sits comfortably in the hand and has a straight, modern profile softened by the rounded lip and generous handle. At 7.5 cm in diameter and 8 cm in height, itโs ideal for an espresso lungo, a small filter coffee, or a concentrated herbal teaa.
The piece weighs around 270 g and is completely unique; tiny variations in glaze and texture are part of its character and proof of its handmade origin.
