Description
This is a compact stoneware container with a fitted lid and a grounded, closed presence. The form feels stable and intentional, with enough weight to sit firmly in place.
Wheel-thrown by hand using stoneware clay. The lid is made specifically for this vessel and fits only this piece. Surface marks and subtle irregularities are left visible. The upper section is finished with a dark, earthy glaze, while the lower body remains raw and textured.
Only one piece was made.
No series. No molds. No presses.
Each object is created intuitively, in the moment, and will not be repeated.
Suitable for small storage, sugar, salt, tea, or personal objects. The lid rests securely and adds a sense of closure and quiet. Made to be used, not displayed.
