Description
Pyra Vessel is a compact open stoneware form with a wide rim and a grounded, substantial body. Its proportions give it a sense of weight and quiet stability, inviting everyday use or simple presence in space.
Wheel-thrown by hand using stoneware clay. The surface carries subtle throwing lines and natural imperfections, intentionally left visible. Finished in an iron-rich red glaze that responds to the kiln, creating depth, warmth, and variation across the surface.
This piece was made only once.
We do not work in series.
We do not use molds or presses.
Each object is created intuitively, in the moment, with the hope that someone connects not just with the objectย but with the moment it was made.
Suitable as a small bowl, open vessel, or quiet functional object.
