The Strata Mug is hand-thrown in stoneware and finished with a soft moss-green glaze on the top half, leaving the marbled raw clay below exposed like layers of earth. The rim and interior are smooth and comfortable to drink from, while the textured body keeps the tactile feeling of real clay in your hand.
Perfect for slow morning coffee or evening tea, this mug is made individually in our Rhodes studio – not from molds, not mass produced. Your piece will have its own subtle variations in colour and marbling, a small everyday ritual that belongs only to you.
